Bionic Finger is an alternative rock all-girl group with fun, camp, and
a lot to say about relationships, machismo, and the things that turn them
on. Songs like "24 Hour Bug," "Sweaty" and "Melting Ice" remind you of
those things that make your knees buckle and your toes curl. Bionic
Finger definitely lets you know how they feel about that stereotypically
macho type guy in songs like "A.S.S.H.O.L.E." and "Big Dick." Don't think
that these girls are all just fun and games, though. They also have a
sensitive side that shows up in songs, such as "10ft. Shadow" and "HA,"
which are introspective and emotional. Overall these ladies have some
well written and well sung lyrics, but it's Bionic Finger's outgoing, campy
attitudes that prevail on this CD. They are certainly not afraid to speak
their mind and their music is the benefactor.
